ESTP – These persons are the persuaders. They love action and realistic too with fantastic excellent skills. They are fast paced and love to rake risks and informal too hence at times they do not agree with existing regulations and rules. They also hope for quick results after solving problems with their excellent problem solving skills. The ESTPs are also friendly and straight forwards. They are also able to face and manage criticisms. In short it can be said that the ESTPs are the hard-core realistic persons.

ESFPs – these persons are generally known for their Entertaining skills. They are cooperative and love excitement and new adventures. They are social and lively which make them centers of attractions easily. The ESFPs are also able to complete work with efficiency.
