The term INTJ describes the traits of marketers as intuitive, thinking, judging, and introverts. ENFP for Career Counseling
ENFP stands for Extra Version Intuition Feeling and Perception. These are definitions of a person’s nature especially with regard to choosing a career, making good in that, or seeking a change. Myers Briggs type indicator identifies ESTJs as the Defender or Guardians. They are very strong and dependable people and perform their duty with responsibility without expecting something in return. ESTJs hold 8-12% of population.
According to Keirsey, ESTJs are civic-minded individuals who dedicate themselves to maintaining the institutions behind a smooth-running society. They are defenders of the status quo and strong believers in rules and procedures. ESTJs are outgoing and do not hesitate to communicate their opinions and expectations to others.
